You’ve had Pounder...well this is what we are calling the “west coast version.” Took our Hazy Pale Ale recipe and added a touch of light Munich for malt complexity and color. Still hit with wheat and oats for a full mouthfeel, but fermented with a west coast yeast to dryness for a bit more bitterness and clean fruit character. Dry hopped with Citra + Centennial + Simcoe just like the hazy version. We get notes of ripe melon, stone fruits, citrus, and a nice malt backbone.
