An exercise in exploration created with the intent to expand what a High Branch IPA can taste like. We brewed it with local barley, wheat and oats. In the whirlpool it was hit with Centennial Incognito and Centennial hop pellets, loading it with volatile hop oils. Double dry-hopped with Citra, Strata, and a tinge of Centennial. Reminiscent of Gummy Bears, creamsicles, melons, and notes of berries. Extremely low bitterness and fluffy mouthfeel.
