Fulfillment Policy


High Branch Brewing Co. ("we" or "High Branch") is a brewery in Concord, NC. Our brewery includes our tap room and this online shop (the "Shop"). All sales of products, including beer, apparel, glassware, and merchandise (the "Products"), occur on these grounds whether they are initiated in person or via the Shop. The buyer ("You" or "you") is visiting our digital menu and agree that your purchases of Products are made here in the state of North Carolina.

Below are additional terms and conditions that supplement our site Terms and Conditions. Please review. Any purchase of Products from our Shop shall be done in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and the supplemental conditions that follow. 

AGE REQUIREMENT:

You must be 21 or older to purchase alcohol Products. You represent to us that you are indeed 21 or older. Someone over the age of 21 will be required to be present at the time of delivery.

All sales of Products are completed at our taproom and pickup will be done here as well. Here is our address:

PICK-UP TIMEFRAME:

Pick-up Product(s) will be held at the tap room for 10 days from the release day. Generally, releases are on Fridays, so you have until the following Sunday to pick up your Product(s). If the Product(s) is not picked up within 10 days, the Product(s) will be placed back into inventory without a refund. Please e-mail support@highbranchbrewing.com for any unforeseen circumstances.

PROXIES:

Proxies will be allowed only if (1) the proxy is named in the order notes and (2) the proxy provides state or federal identification matching the proxy listed in the order notes at pick up.

LOCAL DELIVERY:

Local delivery is not available at this time.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS:

You have 7 days after the order is placed to request a refund. Please e-mail support@highbranchbrewing.com to cancel your order. In most cases, we'll be able to provide a full refund.

RELEASE SCHEDULE AND SHIPPING FULFILLMENT:

Our current release and purchase schedule is as follows: Monday pre-sale to members on select items via this online store, the remaining stock will be moved to this online store on Wednesday morning and will be open to the public, both local and shipping customers in NC. We will ship out the products on Tuesdays and Thursdays in most cases. We have found that typically the shipments arrive next day to central NC (we anticipate 2 days to the coast or mountains). As with all our beer we believe in packing products to the highest quality we possibly can, and we try our best to keep that product in that condition for as long as possible. That being said we believe in keeping beer cold. We will store your beer in our walk-in cooler until the UPS driver picks it up from us and we recommend you refrigerating it upon receipt (particularly with cans). Disclaimer: you need to be home the day of delivery and you need to be over 21 to sign for the delivery of beer.
